Step 3 - Develop Your Materials And Activities - Develop your materials in terms of content, design and production. Then plan the staff training, media activities, special events and other promotions that will help communicate the message.

Step 4 - Implement The Plan - Prepare the launch of your campaign. Work with key stakeholders to help ensure your message is at least considered by the people who count. It is understood that all parties must challenge entrenched attitudes and beliefs therefore a commitment of time and resources will be needed in order for this plan to take effect.

Step 5 - Measure Your Results - Checks will be put in place to measure the effectiveness of the campaign in relation to strategy and objectives. Select time frames will be identified along the path to reflect, review, measure and revise as necessary. Here's where you find out if it worked.
